I entered my card information when booking my appointment, will I get charged?

You will only get charged after the service is complete and you are satisfied.

How are the services priced?

We try to be as affordable as possible. Usually our prices are 15-30% more affordable than a dealership or independent repair shops.

How does payment work?

Once the mechanic completes the service, he will charge your card on site and you will get a receipt in your email for the services that were performed.

Should I pay the mechanic directly?

No, we do not encourage you to pay our mechanics directly, our mechanics will accept payment through their phones after the service. We cannot track or provide warranty on the service if the mechanic is paid directly. Should you have questions, please call (469) 713 1530 and we’ll clarify.

Will I get a receipt?

Of course, as soon as the service is complete and the mechanic charges the service onsite - you’ll receive an email receipt.

Scheduling


I did not get a confirmation on my appointment, what should I do?

You will usually get a confirmation text and email as soon as our mechanic confirms the job, if you did not get one, feel free to call 469-713-1530.

How should I reschedule my appointment?

You can use the link texted and emailed to you to reschedule your appointment as soon as you book your appointment.

Warranty


What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 24,000 miles / 24 months warranty on parts and labor. Parts warranty depends on our parts suppliers. If you have any issues with the service, just give us a call and we’ll have someone out ASAP.
